Linked Workforce LLC was created to address the evolving workforce, necessitating a humanistic approach to teams, while matching business priorities with the proper labor alignment. The approach has historically been the same across most professional services organizations. Win work, hire the team. However, to maximize employee experience and revenue, this is a much more complex match making process. This is where Linked Workforce has thrived! We were formed to be nimble enough to solve unique problems, yet scalable enough to apply decades of our knowledge in the Resource Management and Workforce Planning space.

Andrea M. Davis is a strategic and innovative resource and workforce management leader with almost two decades of experience. As the founder and CEO of Linked Workforce LLC, she is known for driving successful workforce management transformation programs that create truly inclusive workplaces. Andrea is a creative leader in performance and staffing metrics, utilizing a data-driven and agile approach to align the full talent experience.
With exceptional people, technical, and talent management leadership skills, Andrea's servant leadership has successfully led cross-functional project teams at multiple organizations. Her expertise lies in resource management, global operations, workforce planning and strategy, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Andrea has held various leadership roles with a range of Big 4 and mid-tier Accounting and Consulting firms, as well as her wealth of knowledge from her time in other industries, such as public sector, government, and technology. In her experience, she's had the opportunity to lead the development and execution of a world-class Resource Management Office (RMO) team and processes, work with many leading technology vendors to implement global AI-enabled skills and credentialing database, along with many process efficiencies. Andrea has restructured Resource Management teams to enhance alignment with business objectives, developed KPIs to drive engagement and performance management, and created an efficient and scalable firm-wide workforce planning process.
Andrea managed multi-million-dollar learning budgets across the U.S. and globally, established strong vendor relationships to support mandatory and interest-based learning programs, played a key role in driving diverse talent initiatives, and implemented data-driven capacity management plans.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Spanish from Grand Valley State University. She holds a certification from Harvard Business School Women of Color Leadership Program and is a Resource Management Certified Professional certification from the Resource Management Institute.
As a founder and CEO, Andrea brings her extensive experience and expertise to empower organizations in driving transformative change, fostering inclusive workplaces, and optimizing workforce management strategies.
